You refer

They sign a search agreement
Your colleague is Lessy’s client and chooses Lessy or Lessy Plus. Lessy searches and negotiates on their behalf.
You cover the fee, if you like
Once they sign a lease, the invoice can go to you or your relocation company. Only then, and only the fixed fee.
