How the fee works

  • Based on the basic rent

Your fee depends on the basic monthly rent: the rent without gas, water, electricity and service charges. So you know where you stand from the start.

  • Pay once

You pay when you sign the lease for a home Lessy proposed to you. You then get an invoice with a payment link.

  • Your employer can pay

Does your employer or relocation company cover your move? The invoice can go to them. You remain Lessy’s client.

  • Early bird: 10% off

Questions

What is basic rent?

The rent without gas, water, electricity, internet and service charges. In Dutch: kale huur. It’s the amount your fee is based on.

When do I pay?

Only after you’ve signed a lease for a home Lessy proposed to you. Without a lease, there is nothing to pay.

Do I pay if I find a home myself?

No. You only pay for a lease on a home that Lessy proposed to you, also if you sign it within 6 months of the proposal. Without a lease, there is nothing to pay.

Can my employer pay the fee?

Yes. Many employers cover relocation costs. Lessy can send the invoice to your employer if they agree.
